If your party is late to an onsite program, we reserve the right to cancel your program or add additional fees. Due to the high demand of taking care of live animals we cannot delay care while awaiting arrival.

Late Arrival Policy:

We recognize that occasional lateness may occur despite employees' best efforts to adhere to schedules. However, punctuality is essential to maintaining the quality of care for our ambassadors. Therefore, the following late arrival policy is implemented:

Definition of Lateness: Program attendees are considered late if they arrive after their scheduled start time.

Grace Period: A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed for late arrivals. Beyond this grace period, programs will not be guaranteed.

Consequences of Tardiness:

Failure to arrive on time, or communicate tardiness may result in the following:

• Your program may be shortened to include your tardiness within the run time.
• The program may incur additional fees of up to 25% of the program cost.
• Your program may be canceled in its entirety.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis by management.
