Small Group Presentations

For groups of up to 50 people we offer small group programs. These are good for classrooms, church groups, scout groups, and birthdays.

• 30 Minute Small Group Program: $300.00
• 45 Minute Small Group Program: $325.00
• 60 Minute Small Group Program: $350.00

Large Group Programs

For groups larger than 50 we offer assembly group programs. These are good for an entire school, a large library program, or a festival or fair.

• 30 Minute Large Group Program: $400.00
• 45 Minute Large Group Program: $425.00
• 60 Minute Large Group Program: $450.00

Mileage Fee

A mileage fee of up to $50 per day will be added to the program price based on the distance from the Center to your location. There is no mileage charge for programs given at the Center. Please note that BRWC is not currently able to offer regularly priced programs outside the state of Virginia or at locations over 50 miles or more than 1 hour of travel time from the Center.
